Cancellation Policy At Lexie Mae Esthetics, your appointment time is reserved just for you. We understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to make changes to your booking. To respect both your time and ours, please review our cancellation policy below: ⏰ Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your spot to another client. 💳 Late Cancellations & No-Shows • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% service fee. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. 📅 Running Late If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid overlapping with the next client.
